Egypt Air Tourism (Karnak) has a Department for Conferences & Special events that deals with the conventions, Trade shows, Workshops, Business meetings, Exhibitions, events and conferences; It is equipped to create packages and provides all services such as Meet & assist, accommodation, Airlines tickets, Car Rental, Daily optional Sightseeing Tours & all with Professional Conference Organizers.
The Department of Conference & Special events is handling Nights events With several activities as Bedwin night in Gala Dinner, Dinners Cruise, Camel Treks & Horseback riding.
Some of these examples will be elaborated as follows:
- EgyptAir & Star Alliance Joining Celebration
At a ceremony in Cairo in Friday, July 11, 2008, Egyptair officially became the 21st member of Star Alliance, bringing with it 1,624 weekly flights to 69 destinations around the world.

Egyptair is proud to be the Official Carrier of the World Economic Forum on the Middle East at Sharm El-Sheikh, Egypt, 18-20 May 2008. Egyptair Tourism & Duty Free Shops (Karnak) provided organized internal transportation of the Forum's guests in Sharm El-Sheikh. The guests were accordingly thrilled at the excellent performance of all the Company's staff. The total number of passengers reached 4286 from May 16th till May 19th, with the highest level of consistency.

Karnak handled the AVEX Airshow Sharm el Sheikh, Egypt,
7th till 10th Mar. 2006 5th to 8th Nov. 2008

iEARN (International Education and Resource Network) is the world's largest non-profit global network that enables teachers and youth to use the Internet and other technologies to collaborate on projects that enhance learning This conference was held at Mobark City at 6th of October .
